Terms & Conditions
Summit Different terms and conditions apply to the access and use of this Website and Summit Different Ltd, the owner of this Website. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Please note, we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime and it is up to you to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. This does not affect your statutory rights. Your personal details will ONLY be used to fulfill your order. These details are confidential and shall not be passed on to a third party. If you have any queries relating to our terms and conditions, please contact us at info@summitdifferent.co.uk before placing an order. See below for full terms and conditions.
ORDERING
When you place an order via our website we will take this action as an offer to buy. Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and at this time we enter into a contract with you.
You warrant that all details you provide to Summit Different for the purpose of ordering goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) you have ordered.
In the unlikely event that a problem should arise with your order, we shall contact you by email, telephone or letter.
When you have completed and paid for your purchases, you will be sent a confirmation email (to the email address you gave when placing your order) - please remember to check your Spam folder as sometimes the Order Confirmation may bypass your Inbox. The Order Confirmation email will state what products have been ordered, the order value and delivery information.
Please ensure to check all the details on the Order Confirmation email are correct and contact us within 24 hours if any details are incorrect.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
All prices listed on www.summitdifferent.co.uk are correct at the time of entering the information; however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All EU sales prices include VAT (at the current standard rate of 20%).
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Summit Different until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you a dispatch email.
PAYMENT
You can purchase items from this store using credit/debit cards or PayPal using a personal account. For security reasons we have decided to take credit and debit card transactions through PayPal via their secure server. Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.
Payment can be made using PayPal WITH or WITHOUT a PayPal account. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards.
If you have an existing PayPal Account, please ensure that your details are up to date and that your registered credit or debit Card has not expired or you will have problems paying. Also, if you have forgotten your PayPal password and therefore are unable to update your PayPal account, as far as we know, the only solution is to create a new PayPal account using a different Email Address. Please contact PayPay directly if you experience any issues with your PayPal account.
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught deliberately entering an incorrect or fictitious order will be prosecuted.
GIFT VOUCHERS & DISCOUNT CODES
The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
